Senior Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with HR partners and business leaders to ensure our people processes support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate annual performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and probationary assessments, including reporting and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct job analysis on projects and update job descriptions to reflect evolving role requirements.
• Design and deliver induction programs that introduce new hires to company culture, benefits, and policies.
• Identify training and development needs, create training needs analyses (TNA), and act on employee satisfaction survey results.
• Produce monthly organizational charts and head‑count reports.
• Create HR documentation such as evaluation forms and experience letters.
• Support initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational change, and overall effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Generalist and 3 years focused experience in organizational development.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work an 8‑hour day.
