Senior Preparation Technician Specialist – Alexandria

About the role

We are looking for two senior technicians – one specialised in preparation and one in spinning – to join our production team in Alexandria, Egypt. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high‑performance textile machinery and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings.
• Manage combing and roving processes (preparation role).
• Operate and optimise spinning machines (spinning role).
• Monitor fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120) and drive productivity spikes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in textile preparation or spinning.
• Very good command of English.
• Proven ability to work with fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120).
• Track record of improving productivity.
