Senior Preparation Technician Specialist – Alexandria

About the role
We are looking for two senior technicians – one specialised in preparation and one in spinning – to join our production team in Alexandria, Egypt. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high‑performance textile machinery and ensuring product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and adjust machine settings.
- Manage combing and roving processes (preparation role).
- Operate and optimise spinning machines (spinning role).
- Monitor fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120) and drive productivity spikes.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in textile preparation or spinning.
- Very good command of English.
- Proven ability to work with fine yarn counts (Ne 60‑120).
- Track record of improving productivity.
