Senior Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Process Improvement Specialist will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, standardized documentation that supports automation and quality initiatives. This role focuses on mapping current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational workflows.
• Produce documentation such as process descriptions, flowcharts, and forms to enable automation.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources as directed.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with process owners to map existing processes and define inputs/outputs.
• Maintain consistent filing of documentation according to templates, quality standards, and QMS requirements.
• Identify improvement areas and design future‑state processes in collaboration with owners.
• Provide QMS guidance and support to teams, promoting quality principles.
• Monitor document control and archiving to ensure proper record management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality and process management.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience creating diagrams in Microsoft Visio.
