Senior Product Manager

About the role

Almentor, the leading video-learning platform in Arabic founded in 2016, is looking for a Senior Product Manager. Reporting to the Head of Products, you will manage the product end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver features for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery through release planning and success assessment
• Collaborate with the engineering team to align on and deliver product features
• Own the planning and rollout of new features
• Maintain a groomed, prioritized backlog based on business impact and effort
• Represent the user's voice and advocate the product vision to business, UX and engineering teams
• Own product KPIs, strategy and vision
• Lead impact analysis of new features before and after development
• Oversee development stages from kick-off sessions to evaluating progress at each iteration

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in a product-based environment
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
• Strong communication, presentation and detail orientation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with a can-do attitude

• Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles
