Senior Product Specialist – Medical Devices

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad’s medical device portfolio to both new and existing customers across Cairo. The role combines consultative sales, after‑sales support, and in‑service training while fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach junior staff on market dynamics, product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct consultative sales visits, identify or create customer needs, and present product updates.
• Schedule and attend appointments with existing and prospective clients, delivering professional demonstrations using sales aids.
• Provide in‑service training for end‑users on system applications at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and equipment information.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Build and sustain relationships with doctors, decision‑makers and key customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biomedical engineering, bioscience, nursing, chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Based in Cairo with a valid driving licence and personal car.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
