About the role
EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving human health and well-being, is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead its sterile production operations. The role covers planning, efficiency and compliance across the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements.
- Optimize productivity, reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO and internal quality requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, while identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; an MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in sterile production operations.
- 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
