About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving human health and well-being, is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead its sterile production operations. The role covers planning, efficiency and compliance across the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.
Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements.
Optimize productivity, reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO and internal quality requirements.
Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, while identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; an MBA is preferred.
15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in sterile production operations.
3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
