Senior Purchasing Specialist – Aluminum Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Purchasing Specialist with solid experience in the aluminum industry. You will own the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to invoicing, ensuring that material needs are met on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for aluminum profiles, accessories, hardware and related materials.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best cost, quality and delivery terms.
• Handle the complete purchasing documentation cycle, including RFQs, purchase orders, delivery follow‑up and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to verify material specifications.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement experience, specifically in the aluminum sector.
• Strong understanding of purchasing documentation (PR, RFQ, quotation analysis, PO, GRN, invoice).
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
