Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring across both blue‑collar and white‑collar functions. You will manage high‑volume recruitment, build talent pipelines, and ensure vacancies are filled on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple departments.
• Drive high‑volume and mass hiring initiatives to meet business growth targets.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone/online interviews, and assess competencies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Prepare and communicate job offers, support salary negotiations, and oversee pre‑employment onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and workforce needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to handle both blue‑collar and white‑collar hiring.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
