Senior SEM Specialist – Paid Search & Google Merchant Center

About the role

GT World OF Beauty is seeking a Senior SEM Specialist to lead paid search initiatives across Google and other search/display platforms. The role focuses on maximizing ROI, driving traffic, and converting visitors into customers while collaborating closely with SEO and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other networks.
• Manage the Google Merchant Center, ensuring product listings meet Google requirements.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, set bids, and optimise landing pages.
• Analyse performance metrics such as quality score, ROI, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Prepare clear, concise reports for senior management and the CEO.
• Control campaign budgets, forecast monthly spend, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Research competitor advertising strategies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• 4‑6 years of experience in SEM/SEO and paid‑search management.
• Degree from a reputable university.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
