Senior SEO & SEM Specialist – Digital Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and expand our SEO and SEM initiatives. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth, ideally within the furniture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO efforts, as well as SEM campaigns on Google Ads.
• Manage website performance and UX improvements using WordPress.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insight studies.
• Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns including display and retargeting.
• Analyze performance data with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance‑based marketing.
• Experience in the furniture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
• Google Ads and Analytics certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
