About the role

The Senior Software Project Manager at System Micro Corporation leads the full lifecycle delivery of enterprise‑grade software solutions, with a focus on no‑code and workflow automation platforms. This fully remote, full‑time position requires strong self‑management, clear written communication, and the ability to coordinate distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of software projects from inception through deployment and stabilization.
• Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage no‑code implementations using platforms like Decisions, Microsoft Power Platform, or ServiceNow.
• Define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track project health with JIRA, monitoring velocity, burn‑down charts, and critical‑path dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and handle escalations.
• Coordinate testing phases, ensure release readiness, and maintain governance through transparent reporting.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of technical software project management experience in IT or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, async‑first environment.
