Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our construction projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline and a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements through appropriate channels.
• Conduct sourcing activities and develop selection tools to fill open positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, phone screens, and interviews.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews (CBI) using core, functional and managerial metrics.
• Review employment applications and background‑check reports.
• Represent the company at internal and external networking events.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Maintain a talent pool to keep qualified candidates engaged for current or future opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to talent acquisition processes.
• Research trends in the staffing industry, especially within construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a mandatory background in construction.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Very good command of English (reading, writing, listening).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
