Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Infinity Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients across Egypt. You will work on‑site, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and coordinate offer processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and promote client brands across recruitment channels.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong background in talent sourcing, pipeline management, and structured interviewing.
• Solid understanding of Egyptian labor market trends and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using professional networking platforms and recruitment technologies.
