Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Steel & Heavy Industry

About the role

Connectalents is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for a leading regional group in steel fabrication and heavy industrial manufacturing. The role covers Egypt and Saudi Arabia and focuses on senior‑level and professional positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and senior roles across Egypt and KSA.
• Partner with department heads and senior stakeholders to execute workforce planning and meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Design and execute high‑volume technical sourcing strategies, including direct search, headhunting and market mapping.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and continuously improve talent acquisition workflows.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in steel fabrication, heavy industry, EPC or large‑scale manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for the GCC/KSA market.
• Strong competency‑based interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; professional HR/TA certifications are a plus.
