Senior Travel Consultant – Cairo

About the role

NASCOTOURS is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join its Cairo team. You will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences for both leisure and corporate clients while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Design and customise travel packages for outbound and corporate customers.
• Promote and sell travel products and services using persuasive arguments.
• Advise clients on travel options, clearly explaining differences and benefits.
• Handle client interactions directly over the phone and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Oversee the entire booking process, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Gather and assess all relevant information to manage travel requests effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel consultancy or a related sales role.
• Graduate of a tourism institute or university.
• Holder of an ECDL diploma; IATA certification is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Availability to work 24/7 as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre reservation system.
• Proficiency with Amadeus reservation system.
