Senior Vice President – Egypt Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior strategic leader to head our Egypt operations, overseeing the full contact‑center business and driving operational excellence. The role will partner with global leadership to support growth, customer experience and workforce performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall Egypt business operations, aligning strategy with company growth plans.
• Oversee end‑to‑end contact‑center functions including support, workforce planning, quality, training and performance management.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, talent development and employee engagement for the Egypt office.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless cross‑functional execution.
• Present operational insights, forecasts and business updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage office administration, vendor relationships and operational governance.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in contact‑center/BPO/customer‑operations leadership.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale customer support or service operations.
• Leadership experience in Egypt preferred.
• Strong background in recruitment and large‑team management.
• Excellent operational, commercial and people‑leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Outstanding stakeholder‑management and decision‑making capability.
