About the role

We are expanding our SEO operations and need an experienced SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth across multiple projects. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee SEO strategies for several websites.
• Conduct keyword research and shape SEO‑driven content plans.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, crawling and indexing.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to resolve them.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings and key performance indicators.
• Design and execute link‑building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track competitors, industry trends and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven growth results.
• Agency background is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Technical SEO principles and website optimization.
• WordPress and HTML5 for SEO implementation.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience planning and executing link‑building campaigns.
