About the role
Emad Nathan Architecture is seeking a Site Architect to join its Maadi office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural design solutions that meet project brief and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers and contractors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and quality control throughout construction.
- Supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design intent, safety standards and client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and provide timely progress reports.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
- Proven ability to coordinate and follow up site progress.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
