Site Architect – Full‑time (Maadi, Egypt)

About the role

Emad Nathan Architecture is seeking a Site Architect to join its Maadi office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural design solutions that meet project brief and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers and contractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality control throughout construction.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design intent, safety standards and client expectations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and provide timely progress reports.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Proven ability to coordinate and follow up site progress.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
