Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Site Engineer to join our expanding team in Cairo, Egypt. This on‑site role involves overseeing construction activities from conception to completion, ensuring projects meet specifications, timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines and budget.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Interpret and implement architectural and civil engineering drawings, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with design standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control checks, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, material usage and resource allocation.
• Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing designs, making adjustments and preparing site layouts.
• Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1‑3 years hands‑on experience in site engineering or a related construction role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.
• Experienced level position requiring a proactive approach, leadership potential and ability to work autonomously while contributing to a larger team vision.
