Site Engineer – Project Execution & Coordination

About the role

The Site Engineer will lead the planning, execution and hand‑over of construction projects for Quantum Automatic Systems in Heliopolis, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare execution plans, monitor progress and ensure project phases meet agreed timelines.
• Coordinate hand‑over/kick‑off meetings between sales and installation teams and oversee site readiness.
• Support site technicians by supplying necessary materials, tools and technical training.
• Organise delivery and storage of materials to keep installation on schedule.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and maintain smooth business operations.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation and financial follow‑up with clients.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to exchange data and support activities.

Required profile

• University graduate in any engineering discipline.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team player, dynamic, initiative‑taking and problem‑solver.
• Excellent communication and customer awareness.
• Must be mobile and able to travel for site visits.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
