SME Sales Manager

About the role

The SME Sales Manager will lead a team focused on small‑business customers, driving sales performance, improving processes, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer‑oriented approaches both externally and internally.
• Identify organizational improvement opportunities and guide subordinates toward better workflows, products, and services.
• Maintain high‑quality standards by dedicating time and energy to assignments and overcoming obstacles.
• Cascade action plans, coach team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
• Set and implement sales strategies to meet targets, increase volume, and maximize revenue and profit.
• Manage and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Build and execute a sales planning framework that clarifies work processes.
• Coach and monitor SMB agents to ensure target achievement and balanced workloads.
• Design challenging career paths to keep the sales team motivated.
• Interview candidates following HR procedures and onboard suitable talent.
• Visit SMB accounts to gather feedback, monitor performance, and provide sales coaching.
• Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager on tailored proposals to boost penetration rates.
• Alert the risk department about suspicious or fraudulent accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Proven sales record with strong results.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong strategic management, planning, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Competent computer skills.
