About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content for social platforms. The role will turn concepts into engaging videos that drive reach and interaction for our personal-injury law firm’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize modern editing software and AI-based tools to enhance content.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on hooks, ideas and creative direction.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience editing short-form/social media video.
• Proven track record publishing content on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and performance indicators.
• Basic videography skills using an iPhone.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
• Professional portfolio and willingness to create custom content during interview.
