Software Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing software house looking for an experienced Software Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance acquisition efforts across the GCC region. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on media buying expertise with a data‑driven mindset to generate high‑quality leads for our software products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive growth for software solutions.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and other platforms such as TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage media‑buying budgets with a focus on CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Generate and nurture leads across GCC markets, analysing performance to continuously improve targeting, creatives and funnels.
• Collaborate with sales, product and content teams to align messaging and conversion journeys.
• Oversee landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑rate testing.
• Prepare regular performance reports, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS digital marketing with a proven track record in the GCC market.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to optimise campaigns for measurable results.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration abilities.
