Software Team Leader - Low Code

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider with over 400 engineers serving more than 100 enterprise customers across 14 countries, is looking for a Software Team Leader for its low-code development practice. The role leads and mentors a team of low-code developers and oversees project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of low-code developers.
• Manage project delivery, resource allocation and development timelines.
• Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms such as Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix and Appian.
• Establish and enforce development standards, governance and best practices.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security and performance.
• Act as the main technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with low-code platforms.
• 2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform.
• Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C# or similar technologies is preferred.
