About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Store Cashier to join our toy‑focused retail team. The successful candidate will delight children and parents alike, helping them find the perfect toys while delivering a smooth checkout experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer product questions and recommend age‑appropriate toys.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits and complementary items.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves, unpack new inventory and ensure attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and participate in store promotions and seasonal events.
• Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in toys, stationery, childcare or children’s products.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and passionate about play.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
