Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of the B.TECH branch in Suez, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, compliance with company standards, and achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, completing all checklist items.
• Monitor staff attendance, departure records, and adherence to service standards.
• Conduct morning team meetings to communicate priorities and sales targets.
• Ensure product price cards match RMS system prices and manage slow‑moving inventory.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Head Office, Planning Department, and support teams for promotions, inventory withdrawals, and infrastructure issues.
• Analyze daily sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Retail Management or related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in branch or store management within retail.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with RMS/ERP systems (preferred).
• Good command of English.
