About the role
Santra, a UAE marketplace for gifting and handmade products, is looking for a remote Telesales Specialist based in Egypt to onboard UAE brands and makers via phone and WhatsApp.
Key responsibilities
- Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to UAE brands, plus WhatsApp and Instagram outreach.
- Pitch Santra’s platform, handle objections, and close deals on the call.
- Collect contracts and KYC documents remotely and get brands live on the app.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, attend daily huddles, and provide end‑of‑day reports.
Required profile
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in F&B, in Egypt or GCC.
- Native Arabic with Gulf accent and good conversational English.
- Comfortable speaking 5–6 hours daily on the phone and meeting targets.
- Reliable home internet, laptop, and quiet workspace during UAE working hours.
Required skills
- Onboarding restaurants or merchants.
- Selling POS or payment solutions to F&B businesses.
