Student Marketeer - Mansoura

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer in Mansoura. As part of its brand and product ambassador program, the Student Marketeer represents the brand on campus and in the region, reaching new consumers, increasing sales and managing the Red Bull brand at a student level. The role involves direct contact with consumers, inviting product trials and working at Red Bull events, and suits someone who values flexibility over a 9 to 5 job.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador: live the brand personality and values and represent them positively in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through product sampling at the right place and time, answering consumer questions and concerns.
• Build and execute an insight-driven, campus-tailored plan that engages and excites students.
• Create a strong network by building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on and around the campus.
• Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are executed perfectly.
• Maintain and keep up all Student Marketeer tools, and plan and report activities accurately and on time via the dedicated online platform.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly, face to face and online.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing, highly approachable and social.
• Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot spots.
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Affinity for learning new skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales.
• Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
• Ability to manage part-time work and studies, ideally available some evenings and weekends.
• Driving licence.
