Supply Chain D‑com Planner

About the role

The Supply Chain D‑com Planner will act as the primary interface between Unilever and its key customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will coordinate product launches, order scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong two‑way relationships built on trust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications, including new product launches, ad‑hoc requests, and order shortage updates.
• Collaborate with Customer Development, Replenishment, Availability, and Stock Management teams to deliver clear, consistent external messages.
• Ensure customer orders are executed on time and in full by coordinating with 3P order creation, SMS, and logistics for stock allocation and delivery.
• Track DR & CCFOT targets, analyse losses, and lead continuous‑improvement projects to reduce them.
• Handle trade‑term compliance, resolve complaints, and maintain a customer fact book with up‑to‑date information.
• Implement supply‑chain initiatives such as new delivery points, lead‑time reductions, and weekend ordering.
• Support S&OE cycles and manage Q0 financials and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing supply‑chain or logistics roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to customer expectations.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance metrics and driving improvement projects.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external customers.
