Supply Chain Planning Associate Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Associate Analyst will support PepsiCo’s North Africa operations by creating and releasing material plans for designated product categories. Working closely with planning coordinators and plant teams, the analyst ensures material availability aligns with production schedules and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Create and release Material Plans for specific categories (RMPM) in collaboration with 3PM MPS and MRP Planning Coordinators.
• Generate monthly material plans on a 12‑month rolling horizon using production plans and supplier feedback.
• Monitor stock movements across plants, coordinate with plant teams to guarantee timely material deliveries.
• Track raw and packaging material availability, manage open orders, and confirm deliveries in SAP.
• Balance material requirements to meet production plans for both export and local markets, supporting sales AOP targets.
• Coordinate truck movements to avoid conflicts in shipping and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan and place requirements for fixable packaging materials and follow up with suppliers.
