Supply Chain & Stock Engineer

About the role

The Supply Chain & Stock Engineer ensures that materials, spare parts, and equipment are available when needed while keeping inventory levels lean and cost‑effective. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, the role links engineering requirements with procurement execution to support uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and lead demand forecasting in coordination with engineering and operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to source critical spare parts, monitor delivery performance, and prevent bottlenecks.
• Manage requisitions, stock validation, and warehouse compliance using IBM Maximo CMMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory data, develop KPIs and visual dashboards, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks of stock‑outs or excess inventory through real‑time monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in inventory strategy and demand planning.
• Proven ability to work with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
• Familiarity with audit‑ready processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Drive for digitalisation and process optimisation in supply‑chain environments.
