Supply Planning Lead – End-to-End Supply Chain Management

About the role

The Supply Planning Lead is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end supply planning agenda, ensuring product availability while balancing cash flow, inventory, and cost‑to‑serve. The role also leads digital transformation initiatives using Kinaxis, PPDS and MRP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall supply planning to meet product availability targets while managing cash, cost and service levels.
• Create and maintain supply plans from production planning, 3PM plans, and importation of finished goods inventory.
• Oversee raw tea sourcing, RCCP, capacity utilization, order release, OTIF control and analysis, driving actions with stakeholders.
• Manage 3PM operations across the region, including RPM, production execution, KPIs and performance.
• Plan finished‑goods inventory for imported products and coordinate with 3PL partners for co‑packing activities.
• Implement and optimise Kinaxis, PPDS and MRP systems.
• Control inventory levels of finished goods, raw tea and packaging materials to balance service and cash.
• Monitor and reduce business risk through inventory policy and cost management.
• Lead S&OP and S&OE cycles, provide visibility on supply risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Participate in innovation networks and drive regional supply routing changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (factory, procurement, logistics, finance, demand planning, customer service, R&I) and external partners (3PM, 3PL, material vendors).

Required profile

• University degree – MBA, BSc in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of forecasting models and techniques.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication and leadership abilities.
