Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with the CX Operations Manager. You will help design and run best‑in‑class recruitment processes across regions, ensuring innovation, compliance, and seamless transition support for the CX Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Support short‑ and long‑term transition plans for the CX Operations team in EMEA.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, tools, and processes that enable recruitment activities.
• Collect, analyse, and distribute recruiting metrics to internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and Recruiters.
• Participate in global talent acquisition projects, including Hiresync360.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop resource strategies, execute project plans, and gather data for recruitment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures, HR technology, and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet defined deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar ATS) experience.
• Avature (or similar ATS) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
