Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The British University of Egypt is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment efforts in Shorouk City. You will coordinate end‑to‑end hiring activities, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, initial screening, and communication with applicants.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to job postings and the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain and organize candidate applications, interview feedback, offer letters, and contracts in both physical and digital formats.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and completing hiring documentation.
• Ensure accurate talent acquisition data across internal trackers while preserving confidentiality.
• Screen resumes against predefined criteria and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and status updates as required.
• Promote a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Wuzzuf for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
