Team Lead, Production

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead, Production to oversee multiple packaging machines, ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and drive the daily performance of our manufacturing team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and supervise more than one packaging machine to meet production targets while adhering to guidelines.
• Coach and train junior staff on basic tasks, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Monitor day‑to‑day line operations, ensuring processes follow design specifications and quality standards.
• Document activities according to written procedures and verify batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex manufacturing issues to maintain continuous operation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and external technicians to resolve equipment problems and ensure proper maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or a related field, or a high‑school diploma.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Operation of packaging machinery.
• Troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of SOPs and GMP compliance.
• Documentation of batch records.
