Technical Support Engineer – Automotive Products

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Endless Creations Company in Sheraton, Cairo. The role focuses on providing technical assistance for our automotive product range, ensuring customers and internal teams receive accurate information and effective support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio and related applications.
• Interpret and convey technical information specific to the automotive industry.
• Identify and propose extensions to the product portfolio based on market demands.
• Deliver technical support and training to customers and internal team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary product data.
• Provide after‑sales technical and warranty support for all products.
• Maintain and organize product and service data within the ERP system.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical degree.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities.
• Preferable experience in the automotive sector.
• Good communication skills.
