Technical Team Leader - Fintech & .Net

About the role

The Technical Team Leader will guide a software development team delivering fintech solutions built on the Microsoft .NET stack. You will ensure high‑quality releases, align technical decisions with product goals, and act as the bridge between developers and management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team through full project lifecycles, participating in architectural discussions and providing implementation‑focused feedback.
• Estimate tasks, set timelines, and support the adoption of approved technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
• Review and approve code, enforce feature and branch freezes, and validate implementations before QA handoff.
• Produce testing reports, track KPIs such as code quality, test coverage, and bug ratios, and ensure hot‑fix rework stays within targets.
• Coordinate with business analysts, project managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and service teams to maintain clear, actionable user stories and release readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience, including leadership of a development team.
• Strong background in fintech applications and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
• Proven experience with Agile development practices and AI‑assisted development tools.
