About the role
GI Properties is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Agent to promote its exclusive real‑estate portfolio to potential clients. The role involves outbound calls, presenting property offers, and nurturing leads to drive sales while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.
- Present property details, answer queries, and schedule viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly KPI targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates, undergraduates, gap‑year students or dropouts are welcome.
- Fluency in English at B1/B2 level (or higher).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, real‑estate or customer service is preferred.

- Basic salary of 15,000 EGP per month.
- Performance‑based KPI commission of 7,500 EGP.
