Telesales Agent – Sales Representative (Dokki)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team in Dokki. The role involves contacting prospective customers, presenting our products or services, and converting leads into sales while meeting daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using telephone and basic computer applications for data entry.
