Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our HR Solutions team. You will contact potential business clients, build relationships and clearly explain how our end‑to‑end employee benefits management can free their HR departments from administrative burdens.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients through phone and email.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads interested in HR benefits services.
• Present the value proposition of our benefits management platform in a concise, client‑focused manner.
• Collaborate with internal HR specialists to ensure accurate information is conveyed.
• Track outreach activities and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or B2B sales.
• Interest or background in HR services or employee benefits is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex services.
• Persistent, organized, and genuinely client‑focused.
