Tele‑sales Representative – Call Center (Evening/Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Tele‑sales Representative to join our call‑center team in Mohandessin, Cairo. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries, promote our products and services, and work toward monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and chat support.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure satisfaction and successful conversion.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Experience dealing with Gulf‑region customers (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Gulf Arabic dialect (spoken or understood).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
