About the role
We are looking for a motivated Tender Specialist (female) to join our pharmaceutical and medical supplies export team. This full‑time, on‑site position offers fresh graduates and early‑career professionals the chance to develop expertise in tender management within a dynamic industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on tenders and bids from initiation to submission.
- Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather required information.
- Organize and maintain reports and data using Microsoft Excel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related scientific field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Residence near Sheraton, El Nozha, Cairo is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Very good English reading and writing skills.
