Territory Owner

About the role

The Territory Owner will lead Vezeeta’s expansion across Cairo and surrounding areas by recruiting doctors to the platform and managing those relationships long‑term. This field‑based role combines acquisition, key‑account management and territory growth responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach doctors within your professional network and the assigned territory.
• Onboard doctors onto the Vezeeta app, ensuring complete and accurate profiles.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective doctors and convert them into active platform users.
• Act as the primary account owner for onboarded doctors, driving adoption of Vezeeta’s full suite of products.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services, tailoring solutions to each doctor’s needs.
• Represent Vezeeta credibly within the medical community and take full ownership of territory health and growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Representative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related medical/scientific field.
• Strong, active network of doctors and clinics.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory and work independently.
