Tracker Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tracker Specialist to lead our tracking and warehouse team, ensuring that customer orders are received, processed and delivered accurately and on time. You will act as the central point of contact for shipment monitoring, issue resolution and coordination with couriers, suppliers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide all activities of the tracking and warehouse team to confirm orders are received in perfect condition according to schedule.
• Monitor purchased items daily and track shipment movements until they reach the warehouse.
• Contact supplier websites when shipping delays occur to accelerate delivery.
• Handle delayed, damaged or missing items at the warehouse and coordinate corrective actions with the websites.
• Resolve daily tracking problems efficiently to maintain high customer service standards.
• Arrange returns of items to supplier websites when necessary.
• Collaborate with courier/transport and customer service teams to troubleshoot fraudulent order issues in transit.
• Support global operations with special projects and share best practices to improve overall team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Good problem‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organizational skills with high attention to detail.
