Traffic Agent – Airport Operations (Sharm El Sheikh)

About the role

Aviary is looking for a dynamic Traffic Agent to support passenger boarding at its Sharm El Sheikh station. You will ensure smooth and timely boarding operations while coordinating with ground teams and handling special passenger needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare flight clearance documents and set up the boarding gate.
• Coordinate with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer for VIP, PRM and transit passengers.
• Verify that passengers are ready for boarding at the appropriate time.
• Manage on‑time boarding and maintain a secure gate area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team and adapt to shift work, holidays and overtime.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical policies and regulations.
• Customer support experience (phone or face‑to‑face).
