Traffic & Fleet Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Traffic & Fleet Coordinator to support daily transportation and fleet operations for a leading automobile transportation company operating in KSA and Egypt. The role involves monitoring vehicle movements, coordinating drivers, and ensuring efficient dispatch and route optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track vehicle movements and trips on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Optimize routes and handle operational issues to maintain smooth fleet performance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to fleet activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, fleet, transportation or traffic coordination.
• Private driving licence.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
