Traffic & Fleet Coordinator

About the role

The Traffic & Fleet Coordinator will support daily transportation and fleet operations for a leading automobile transportation company operating in Egypt and KSA. Working from the warehouse in El Shorouk, you will monitor vehicle movements, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely dispatches to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Track and record all vehicle trips, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate driver schedules, dispatches, and route assignments.
• Monitor fleet performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose route optimisations.
• Handle operational issues such as vehicle breakdowns or delays and communicate solutions promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet utilisation, mileage, and service metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, fleet, transportation or traffic coordination.
• Valid private driving licence.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
